Child Safety Policy

Brahmin Vivah strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and above. Any attempt by a minor to create or use an account is a violation of our terms, and such accounts will be permanently removed upon detection.

We use a combination of automated detection tools and human moderation to identify, prevent, and remove any content or behavior related to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, solicitation of minors, or exploitation of children. Any user found engaging in such activities will be immediately banned, and the incident will be reported to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by law.

We provide clear mechanisms for reporting suspected CSAE or unsafe behavior involving minors. If you encounter any such content or activity:

• Use the in-app 'Report' feature available on user profiles or content.
• Contact our child safety team directly at safety@jaiswalshaadi.co.in.
• Do not engage with, share, or attempt to investigate the content or user yourself.

We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including the reporting and handling of CSAM and CSAE. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, preserve relevant data when legally required, and take appropriate action to support investigations and prevent further harm.
